Slitting machine is a kind of mechanical equipment that cuts wide paper, mica tape or film into multiple narrow materials. It is often used in paper making machinery, wire and cable mica tape and printing and packaging machinery.

I.The automatic slitting machine is equipped with analog correction system to track the material edge or printing line, and the correction photoelectricity is equipped with electric fine-tuning function, so that the machine can expressly adjust the photoelectricity tracking position during the operation to ensure the correct alignment of the substrate.
II.Unwinding tension is executed by (shell rotating) magnetic powder brake, pressure sensor detection to realize automatic tension control, and rotary encoder is installed to detect the diameter of the material roll to realize the unwind margin alarm function.
