Machine configuration
1.Unwinding part:
(1) Hydraulic lift up and down, and move left and right, shaftless air cap, 3-inch/6-inch cone head
(2) CCD photoelectric correction system
(3) Material receiving platform, pneumatic clutch pressure plate
(4) AC spindle servo active unwinding
(5) Remaining material control + automatic shutdown when material breaks
(6) Automatic calibration function of material width. When loading, the material arm automatically moves to the set material width position.
(7) Unwinding arm remote control operation (patented structure) easy and fast operation by one person when loading
