Our eight side sealing bag making machine is used as a high end pouch making machine to produce pouches for many flexible packaging, especially food packaging. This machine is controlled by touch screen PLC control system, with advanced structure, coordinated appearance, high manufacturing precision and stable performance of components, reaching the current advanced level.Dual line, dual servo motors and dual rewinding independent turning plate design enables printing bags on both sides and bag making in different lengths at the same time.
Structure and style of the unwinding part includes horizontal unwinding, non-stop Main Web change, non-stop gusseted film change and horizontal feeding.
After horizontal unwinding, film correcting and positioning by the unwinding axis vertical lifting and drop, then formed by A-shaped frame folding.

I.The control system adopts touch screen PLC control, which can complete the whole machine's unwind tension, edge position correction, feed speed, storage tension, auxiliary traction length compensation, main traction length setting and tracking compensation, auxiliary traction length compensation, main traction length setting and tracking compensation, sealing die temperature control, sealing and cutting speed, and other main functions. Automatic control of auxiliary functions such as counting and batch counting.
II.The main traction length and auxiliary traction length system adopts servo motor and servo driver, which is controlled by PLC automatically.
III.Side traction length setting and auxiliary traction length setting system adopts servo motor and servo drive, controlled by PLC.
